Zlarin is one of the islands of the Šibenik archipelago and is one of a few inhabited islands of the area.
It is located directly in front of Šibenik, the St. Anthony channel and St. Nicholas Fortress.
Zlarin is a typical Dalmatian island town with stone houses, narrow streets and a characteristic bell tower of the local church.Zlarin’s most recognizable cultural heritage and centuries-old feature is its coral tradition. People from Zlarin have been hunting and processing corals since the 14th century, so it’s no wonder corals have become synonymous with this island. Apart from its corals, Zlarin is also known for its beautiful beaches that stretch along the entire coast of the island. For more information about Zlarin check https://www.tz-zlarin.hr/en/
