Kaprije

It is one of the most outlying inhabited island of the Šibenik archipelago, located 15 kilometers southwest of Šibenik. Island of Kaprije is a hidden oasis of peace in the sea worth every attention. There are two ports with several mooring berths. In the quiet Medoš bay there is the Kunjka Tavern, whose stairs are really worth climbing; Dalmatian prosciutto, local cheeses, delicacies and culinary delights for all meat and fish lovers. In addition to enjoying home-made food, the tavern offers most beautiful sea view. Bays on Kaprije worth to see are definitely Gračice, Remetić and Velika and Mala Nozdra where the turquoise sea will leave you breathless for sure.
